Livingston has a 500 stall parkade on three levels accessed by shuttle elevators in the South and West towers. Paid public parking is available using the latest Pay on Foot technology. In addition there is a secure bicycle cage located on the P1 level for all tenants to use on a first come, first served basis. Adjacent to the bicycle cage are men's and women's locker rooms for tenants to use.
Current parking rates are:
Unreserved monthly: $ 550.00
Reserved monthly: $ 650.00
Daily: $ 32.00
Hourly: $ 10.00 per hour
Evenings: $ 5.00 flat rate
Weekends: $ 5.00 flat rate
Public parking hours: 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday: 24 hours for tenants with reserved parking
Paid parking is available during evenings, weekends and holidays
Parking Validation
There are three options for parking validations:
1) Pre-purchased Entry & Exit ticket. This can be set-up to give the user a # of days worth of parking, dollar amount or percentage. They would require this ticket prior to entering the facility and use the same ticket upon exiting.
2) Coupon. This is used upon exit and is treated as money. You would first insert your entry ticket followed by this coupon for payment. Again This can be any dollar value (pre-paid).
In either case if the validation does not cover the complete cost, payment will be required to make up the difference.
3) Temporary Passes. These are used for a certain time frame and act similar to a monthly parker. They would use the same ticket in & out until expired.
