We are extremely pleased to announce that Livingston Place has received BOMA BESt Level 3 certification. The BOMA BESt program is a national environmental recognition and certification program for commercial buildings in Canada. It was designed, developed and is administered by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Canada and BOMA Calgary and is the next evolution of BOMA Canada’s Go Green program. BOMA BESt Level 3 certification is for buildings that meet all of the BOMA Go Green Best Practices and achieve 80-89% on the Go Green Plus assessment.
This certification demonstrates Bentall’s and our tenants’ commitment to environmental stewardship and our objective of reducing energy consumption, operating costs and improving waste management.
