In accordance with Alberta Government announcement, effective Saturday September 4 at 8 a.m., all fitness centre users will be required to wear a face mask at all times around the facility and while exercising.

The Fitness Centre will be returning to 24 hours, 7 days/week access for tenants starting Tuesday September 7.
Members will continue to be required to book each gym visit to allow tracking and to show usage each hour. Please continue to book through the member portal.

Group Exercse Classes
The Fitness Centre is planning the return of the group exercise classes later in September as more members return to the gym. More details to come.
Join the back to basics 4 week Body Weight Exercise challenge which is a self paced program that members can complete on their own at home, or at the gym. The goal is to complete 3-4 workouts per week, for 4 weeks.
The September edition of the Fitness Center monthly resources features the origins of dumbbells, inspirational wellness quotes, and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner with sweet potatoes.
Optimal is a virtual service available for all Fitness Centre Members. Access Optimal through the Member Portal. Select "Purchase Services" and add the "Optimal Pass" to your account. The "Connect to Virtual Fitness" link will then appear on your portal. Also available on Optimal are Live and on-demand Fitness Classes, audio guided workouts, 7 day programs and more.
