Covid-19 Vaccine Passport

The City of Calgary Vaccine Passport Bylaw 65M2021 requires many businesses and organizations to require proof of vaccination, recent negative Covid-19 test, or valid medical exemption letter to gain entry.

The Livingston Place Fitness Centre will require either proof of vaccination, negative Covid-19 test result or a medical exemption letter, to access the facility.

Fitness Centre Registration

Only Livingston Place tenants are eligible for a membership. Tenants who have not yet registered to the fitness centre can do so by following the below link to the registration page and selecting “Fitness Centre Registration” tab on the bottom of the page: Fitness Centre Registration.

All users will be required to sign this liability waiver form prior to entering the facility. Please email completed forms at [email protected].

Fitness Centre Member Portal

All registered fitness centre members can access the member portal to book workout times, sign-up for group exercise classes, purchase services, and gain access to free on-demand workout videos and content.

Please Book Each Fitness Centre Visit. Members can book through the member portal: Livingston Member Portal.

Password: Use the password you created upon registering.

Fitness Centre Programs and Resources

Group Exercise Classes 

In-person group exercise classes are put on hold until further notice. LIV North has a live virtual group exercise class schedule available on the Optimal site through the member portal. Add the free "Optimal Virtual Pass" on the member portal through "Purchase Services" to gain access to these live classes and various exercise on-demand videos, programs, and more. Once the pass is added, a link to "Connect To Virtual Fitness" will appear on the member portal homepage. Select the link to access the Optimal page, then select Register for a Virtual Session tab on the Optimal home page. See the live class schedule here.

Optimal On-Demand Fitness 

Optimal is a virtual service available for all Fitness Centre Members. Access Optimal through the Member Portal. Select "Purchase Services" and add the "Optimal Pass" to your account.  The "Connect to Virtual Fitness" link will then appear on your portal.  Also available on Optimal are Live and on-demand Fitness Classes, audio guided workouts, 7 day programs and more.

LIV Mindfulness Series - Thrive

Good mental health and wellbeing is about more than feeling happy all the time. It's also more than having positive experiences. Good mental health and wellbeing involves many factors that interact in our day-to-day lives.

This 7-day mindfulness series will explore different elements, including physical health, the sense of purpose, feeling connected with others, and feeling safe and supported.  Access the Thrive Series through the Optimal page on the Member Portal.

The Fitness Centre Monthly Resources - October

The October edition of The Fitness Centre Monthly Resources features a combination bootcamp, being mindful, and a roasted pumpkin soup recipe.

Personal Training Sessions are back!

Get the most out of your workout with a certified personal trainer! Have one of our knowledgeable and experienced trainers take you through a fun and challenging workout.

Experience increased motivation, self-confidence, energy and personal attention on an on-going basis. All members can book a free 30-minute consultation with a trainer to discuss training options, goals, exercise history, action plans and more.
