Getting There

Livingston Place is located at 2nd Street S.W. and 3rd Avenue S.W., south of Eau Claire Market and just seconds away from the Bow River and the walking paths that follow the river bank.

Both towers in the Livingston complex are connected to the plus 15 walkway system and downtown via 240FOURTH building.

Parking

Livingston has a 500 stall parkade on three levels accessed by shuttle elevators in the South and West towers. Paid public parking is available using the latest Pay on Foot technology.

Visitors and Public Parkers Rates:

Early bird rate (before 9 a.m. Mon. to Fri.): $25.00

Daily: $32.00

Hourly: $10.00 per hour

Evenings: $5.00 flat rate

Weekends: $5.00 flat rate
