Hours of Operation
Deliveries to tenant mail rooms are made between the hours of 8:00am until 4:00pm. At 4:00pm all outgoing couriers will have been picked up unless prior arrangements have been made.
After Hours Delivery (after 5pm and before 7am) can be organized through Building Security as long as there is a tenant-designate there to receive and accept responsibility (arrangements made in advance).
Upon delivery of any large shipment/courier, Shipping and Receiving record it in a log book and contact/phone the individual listed on the waybill to advise of delivery. The items can remain on the dock for no more than one hour while the tenant arranges for pick-up. Failing this, the Shipping/Receiving personnel will move the items off the dock to a spot outside the freight elevator (loading dock) and place a second (or third, or fourth) phone call. There is no storage available at, in, or around the loading dock and the Shipping/Receiving personnel do not take responsibility for deliveries that are not collected. The Shipping/Receiving personnel do scheduled deliveries throughout the day for items that are addresses to the mail rooms of the tenants of the building. They do not deliver to individual floors.
Any large deliveries (pallet - size or larger) will not be accepted after 3:30pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the co-signer and Shipping/Receiving.
The Shipping/Receiving facility is located on the loading dock Livingston Place. Tenant access is by means of shuttle elevators to the P-1 level of either tower. Courier access is by means of Courier entrance door located between the South Tower and the parkade exit door.
